Good quotes!!

"Tomorrow I plan to work, work, from early until late. In fact I have so much to do that I shall spend the first three hours in prayer." ~ Martin Luther

 >>>>>====<<<<<

"The whole life of a Christian should be nothing but praises and thanks to God; we should neither eat nor sleep, but eat to God and sleep to God and work to God and talk to God, do all to His glory and praise." ~ Richard Sibbes

If God gave you roses and then you ask, "Why are there no thorns?" God would just smile and show His bleeding hands saying, "I took them away, to save you from pain."

Any fool can count the seeds in an apple. Only God can count all the apples in one seed. -Robert H. Schuller

The safest place to be is within the will of God.

God's answers are wiser than our prayers.

Error does not become Truth because it is widely accepted; Truth does not become error, even when it stands alone!

Humility is a paradox. The moment you think you've finally found it, you've lost it. There has yet to be written a book titled, "Humility and How I Achieved It." And yet, God expects (and rewards) an
attitude of servant-like humility in His followers.

Never get so busy doing the work of the kingdom that you forget who the King is.

Rejoice in God's strength!!

O LORD, the king rejoices in your strength. How great is his joy in the victories you give!

                                                                                                                                         Psalms 21:1

King David here talks about himself. About how he rejoices in God's strength. As a king, he has a whole nation and a strong military to defend him. Kings rejoice in their strength, they boast about their military strength and they decide whether or not to go for a battle based on their military strength as opposed to their enemy's. If they feel their enemies have a stronger military then they would try to hold peace with them. If they know that their strength is much more than their enemy's then they would confidently go and fight.

But here we see a man of God, King David, not considering his military strength as anything at all. He knows that God of Hosts, Jehovah, will give him the victory. He did not worry about the strength of his military. If God is for us who can be against us!! He truly knew this. He knew that God's strength is much much much more than anything in this world. When God crowned him with victories, great was his joy. The victories that comes from God's hand brings joy.

God has anointed each of us as kings in this world. When we, like King David, rejoice in God's strength, He will give us victory after victory for us to be joyous. We may not face battle like King David but each of us have our own share of problems that seem like a huge battle. Friends do not worry rejoice in the strength of the Lord and He will set you free and give you victories in your life.

Be of Cheer!!

Amen! Hallelujah!!

Merciful God!!

But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul. When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in later days you will return to the LORD your God and obey him. For the LORD your God is a merciful God...

Deuteronomy 4:29-31

Moses warned the people that if they worshiped other gods and did not keep the covenant, they would
become captives of other nations. God states that the reason is because He is a jealous God. The word for 'jealous' in Hebrew includes the meaning of a white-hot fire.

God is passionate about those He has chosen. He will bring into their lives whatever it will take to turn them back to Him. He promises, in this passage, that if, from that place of slavery, you will seek the LORD you will find Him. The condition is looking for Him with all our heart and soul. That is why Israel went into captivity, thinking satisfaction and fulfillment lay in God plus something else.

God allows distress to come into our lives to return us to Him. Then we get a sense of the reality of life without Him and become desperate to be in Him. That is when He will help us turn back to Him. Why?  The LORD our God is a merciful God. Mercy forgives and forgets and loves once again.

We have been recipients of this mercy as Israel was. It is now our duty to be merciful to others. Forgive and
forget and love again so that you will be a reflection of the wonderful God who loves you.

Amen!! Hallelujah!!

Encouraging verses for Salvation!!

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

1 John 5:13 - These things have I written unto you that believe

on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

John 5:24 - Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

1 John 5:11-13 -
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

1 John 3:14 - We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not [his] brother abideth in death.

Titus 3:5 - Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Acts 4:12 - Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Acts 2:21 - And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Mark 16:16 - He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Jehovah Rapha!!

And, behold, there came a leper and worshiped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
Mat 8:2

Here is a man that was fully diseased with leprosy. He believes that Jesus is fully able or powerful enough to heal him, but he does not know if it is the will of God to heal him.  This is a common point of failure to correct Bible faith even today.  We have countless Christians in churches today that are taught the same things.  It is not God’s will to heal today!
God healed through the apostles, but that passed away when they died.  I have heard many ignorant men making excuses for why they have no faith, blaming it either on others or God.  They act like it was the apostles that were healing the people, when it was only God using the apostles to heal the people.  Has God changed since the apostles died or is He still the same today?
No God is the same today as He was yesterday!  Then there are ministers who are like this leprous man, they believe that God is powerful enough to heal people so they pray “Lord if it be your will, heal this man”.  What kind of prayer is that?  It is a questioning or questionable faith full of doubts.  These men who pray that way do not have the question in their mind answered to whether or not we can know the will of God about anything.  But, if that was true then God would not have given us His Word in written form.
We have the basis of proof of the will of God by examining the Word of God.  As soon as God wrote down His spoken words in a book form, He has committed Himself to do what He has said or He become a liar.   Notice how Jesus answered this question given to Him by the leprous man and see if God is telling you right now what His will is for your healing.

And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Mat 8:3

You can clearly see the will of God for healing being revealed by the Words of the Most High God.

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
 Exo 15:26

You will see God called “Jehovah Rapha” which means “I am God Your Healer”!  You will never see the name of God called Jehovah Makes You Sick!

So Friends reach out and get your healing today!!

Amen!! Hallelujah!!
